Ellie Stamerjohn, RDN, LD earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of Mississippi in Oxford, MS in May of 2019, and completed her dietetic internship at Mount Mary University in Milwaukee, WI. Ellie is currently in grad school in pursuit of obtaining her Master of Science degree in Dietetics from Mount Mary University (online).

During her undergraduate studies and internship, she gained experience in medical nutrition therapy, food service management, community nutrition, sports nutrition, and eating disorder recovery treatment.
​
Ellie works at Nutrition DiscoveRD™ part-time providing in-person and virtual nutrition counseling sessions for Texas residents. She also serves as a PRN Clinical Dietitian at Baylor University Medical Center. These positions require an individual who is hardworking, compassionate, and collaborative. She has developed all of those skills and more throughout her professional and academic career.
