Nutrition DiscoveRD®

Noel Barrilleaux, MS, RD, CSSD, LD specializes in working with high-profile elite athletes, including Olympic athletes, Major League Baseball players, NFL football players and Draft prospects, as well as youth, adolescents and adults seeking to feel and perform their best. She has over 10 years of industry experience working in clinical nutrition, research, corporate wellness and sports dietetics.

She earned both her bachelor’s degree in dietetics and master’s degree in exercise physiology and sports nutrition both from Montana State University and completed her dietetic internship through the Mid-Willamette Valley Dietetic Internship program in Salem, Oregon. Noel is registered (RD) and board certified in sports dietetics (CSSD) through the Commission on Dietetic Registration. She has practiced in Montana, Oregon, and Texas, where she currently lives with her husband, son, and Corgi, Oscar.

Noel provides nutrition services through Nutrition DiscoveRD® virtually, across Texas, and in-person in our Dallas, TX office. She believes that ALL foods fit as part of a well-balanced diet and is passionate about helping her clients to develop a positive relationship with food and their bodies!
