Mary-Lauren Shelton, RDN, LD, CEDS specializes in working with eating disorders. She has a passion for learning about each individuals' personal story and working together to create treatment plans that are goal-oriented and attainable for clients in their daily lives.

Having worked in the Inpatient, Residential, Partial Hospitalization (PHP), Intensive Outpatient (IOP), and Outpatient levels of care, Mary-Lauren is equipped to work with clients in various stages of the treatment process; whether it is stepping down from a higher level of care or if it is the first time seeking treatment.
 

​If you or your loved one suffers from an eating or body-image disorder, we can help.  Mary-Lauren provides nutrition counseling for the full spectrum of eating disorders and body-image issues, including:

  • Bulimia Nervosa

  • Relative Energy Deficiency in Sport (RED-S)
